# Iteration 03 — «Нічого не обрізай»

Owner requests much faster speech and story evolution, the MAIN Resilia reference's
dramatic visual/edit style, no repeated starting compositions and no repeated camera
push-ins. This is a new production and a new report, not a speed-only re-encode.
Latest explicit feedback adds Seedance lip-sync to this SAME iteration and report,
with parallel work authorized for reference analysis, lip-sync integration and speech.

Use concise in-scene multi-character dialogue, short replies and listener/prop cutaways.
Target 170–190 words/minute overall and mostly 1.5–3.5-second edits; actual measurements
must show a material improvement over 98.79 WPM and 7.78-second median in iteration 02.
Keep a complete causal story: immediate problem, decision, use, elapsed proof, payoff,
clear next action. No reflective paragraph describes every small action on screen.

Reference style: photoreal cinematic spoken drama, clear eyelines and shot/reverse-shot,
directional practical/window light, controlled contrast, natural skin/material texture,
foreground depth, motivated scene geography. Avoid polished portrait-ad tableaux,
constant soft golden light, ornamental push-ins and enormous opaque caption boxes.
Localization stays appealing and recognizably contemporary Ukrainian; no forced gloom.
No music or song generation stage. Ukrainian lexical stress and heard emotional turns
remain required. On-screen dialogue must actually synchronize in Seedance motion.

Character passports are identity/wardrobe references ONLY. Every generated shot gets
one newly staged unique storyboard; no storyboard/first-frame reuse across shots.
The one-shot-per-week proof montage uses four different accepted concern states;
first use remains baseline, intermediate states differ and the endpoint resolves the
declared dry-crepey target while preserving Oksana's mature face. New shot openings
and actual camera variety must be inspected, not inferred from file hashes alone.

Use the same established cast identities as iteration 02 so references serve continuity,
but generate entirely new scene images and moving footage in the reference-led style.
Wardrobe owners and explicit changes stay binding. Every visible speaking role needs
an accepted voice/character assignment and actual moving lip-sync review.

New project: videos/gopure-dynamic. New report: delivery/dynamic-film/index.html.
Owner has authorized the full generation, repair, render, hosting and PR flow; proceed
through review loops without additional render/publication approval.

Parallel third comparison authorized: Google Omni Flash at native360p using identical compiled scene prompts and image conditioning; disclose any audio transport differences. Same new report contains both complete iterations.
